Our flagship pairing is a self-guided experience where you will pair five of our beautiful couverture chocolate tiles, including the rarest of all, Ruby chocolate with five Vineyard Road wines. Please allow 30 minutes.

Perfect for the kids and adults. Our Chocolatiers have matched our White, Ruby and Milk chocolates with three house-made Sorbet and Gelati.
This is the perfect experience for the kids if the adults want to experience one of the grown-up pairings! You can all be seated together and enjoy the moment! -
MAKE YOUR OWN ROCKY ROAD

This fun DIY experience allows you to create your own block of Rocky Road.
Perfect for children, families and everyone interested in curating a custom treat just to their liking.
First you will taste our couverture milk and dark chocolate so you can select your base chocolate. Next select up to five inclusions to work your magic with delicious melted chocolate. The current inclusions options include: Fruit & Nut Mix, Raspberry Lollies, Strawberry Licorice, M&Ms, Mini Marshmallows, Honeycomb, Peanut Brittle, Waffle Cone, Pretzels, Oreo Crumb and Coconut. NB: These may change subject to availability.

Love this beautiful mix of chocolate frogs, the size is just enough. It could improve with the addition of the ruby/ pink chocolate.
