Refund policy

Refunds and exchanges are only available for items if they are deemed damaged or faulty. Refunds and exchanges cannot be offered for change of mind. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
