FABAL 105 King William Street Adelaide.  City Office and Pop-up Shop (Limited Products). Open 9 am – 5pm Mon – Fri.

Click and Collect  

Click and collect from our Tanunda. Please allow 24 hours

Click and collect from Kent Town. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 72 hours.

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure your products arrive in the best condition possible, we send Express Post with Australia Post.

Shipments will generally be packed and sent within one business day from being placed. Please note that there may potentially be a delay in your order being shipped if placed across days that the facility is closed for business.

For shipment times, please refer to Australia Post Express Post timings for your area. 

Every effort is taken to control the temperature of the box with ice packs, insulation and bubble wrap used to protect the integrity of the product. However, the burden of responsibility transfers from us to Australia Post following pick up from our facility. We may also hold back from shipping any products if we expect extreme weather may impact its condition upon arrival.

Saying that, being a boutique chocolate provider, we understand that breakages can sometimes occur and will do what we can to replace or compensate any orders that do not arrive as expected. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order to discuss options.
