Chocolate Ambassadors and Sales Specialists

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Chocolate Ambassador & Sales Specialist to join our retail team. We are situated in a beautiful rural setting surrounded by vineyard near Tanunda.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Chocolate Ambassador & Sales Specialist, will be responsible for welcoming customers, consulting with guests on their chocolate needs, sharing product knowledge, and helping them find their perfect chocolate treat. This role is all about creating fun, memorable interactions and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and delicious chocolate!).

We are seeking a highly experienced sales associate with exceptional customer service; a passion for decadence, has a proven track record in achieving sales targets; has a passion for the retail and tourism industry and naturally connects with customers.

 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and support customers with purchase decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Offer knowledgeable and engaging guidance on the full product range
  • Assist in merchandising and stock management
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills

Experience & Skills 

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail sales environment
  • Proven success in achieving KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of EFTPOS, Shopify, Microsoft and Outlook
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven
