Our house made Gold Chocolate sees our couverture White Chocolate slowly heated and churned in one of our machines until it's caramelised and golden. It needs to be done very particularly to ensure it doesn't spoil. It has a luscious caramel flavour. A Barossa Valley Chocolate Company exclusive.
