Those who like Rocky Road will understand that all manufacturers have their own recipe for this delicacy. Because of this variety it depends upon an individuals preference as to the balance of the different ingredients that make up the recipe. For those who like a lot of chocolate and not necessarily a large amount of other ingredients will like this offering. The dark chocolate is certainly rich in flavor and firmness. I would like to see a greater balance of chocolate and other sweets such as jellies and nuts and marshmallow. Overall I would rate Barossa Rocky Road as very good as I appreciate the Dark Chocolate quality.
